To start a claim, visit our Warranty page, fill out the form, and mail your laundered socks back to our Vermont headquarters. We will issue you a credit code for a replacement pair.
What is the best way to wash and care for my wool socks?
Machine wash in warm water on a gentle cycle with socks inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron or dry clean.

Every single pair of our socks is designed, tested, and manufactured in our mills in Northfield, Vermont, USA.
